Mr. Lusani Mulaudzi is a full-time lecturer at the University of Cape Town from November 2020 to date and a member of Actuarial Society of South African (ASSA) from 2019 to date.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of Grassroots Impact Solutions since 2017 to date and currently serves as a board member in Bidvest Life Limited and Constancia Insurance. He is a member of PHEAC committee of the Western Cape Department of Health and a chairperson of Prochorus Community Development.

He served in the following boards and councils as a board member: Council of Medical Schemes, Road Accident Fund, Allcare Health Administrators and Medscheme, Sanlam Life Ltd.

His qualifications include BCom Honours (Actuarial Science) and Postgraduate Diploma (Actuarial Science) both acquired from the University of Stellenbosch.

Mr. Mulaudzi was appointed by the President to serve as a Commissioner of the Independent Commission for the Remuneration of Public Office Bearers on 23 August 2022.
